Dr Kelman provides clinical consultation through his rooms at the AwareHub Clinic in Bondi Junction. He sees children (from school age and above), adolescents, and young adults for a variety of mental health and psychiatric needs. Dr Kelman does not currently have capacity to accept new treatment referrals.

Dr Kelman offers independent medicolegal evaluations and reports for a range of matters including medical negligence, public liability, fitness for duty, capacity assessments, historical abuse, Comcare, and workers’ compensation. He is an authorised permanent impairment assessor with SIRA and holds AMA4, AMA5, PIRS and GEPIC certification.
